Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using PlayChapter5 (“the App”). By downloading or using the App or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App provides access to Minecraft Bedrock Edition (MCPE) map (.mcworld) and addon (.mcaddon) files for download and import into Minecraft. We may add, change, or remove content at any time. Some content may require watching a rewarded advertisement to unlock.

2. Not affiliated with Mojang / Microsoft

PlayChapter5 is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. You must comply with Minecraft’s end-user license and marketplace rules when using downloaded content.

3. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App except as allowed by law.

4. User responsibilities

• You must have a legitimate copy of Minecraft Bedrock / MCPE to use downloaded files
• You are responsible for how you import and use downloaded content
• You will not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with our servers
• You will not use the App in any way that breaks applicable law

5. Content and availability

Maps, addons, previews, and descriptions are provided “as is.” Files may become unavailable, change, or fail to import depending on Minecraft version, device, or network conditions. We do not guarantee that every file will work on every device.

6. Ads and unlocks

The App may show interstitial, app-open, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may be required to unlock certain maps or addons. Ad availability depends on your region, network, and ad partners.

7. Third-party services

The App and website rely on third parties such as hosting providers, ad networks, and store platforms. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the App or any part of it at any time. Your license ends if you violate these Terms or uninstall the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
